Hello, I’m Brian and I make things. I started my career as a writer, mostly of television, but I have been involved in many fantastic projects and taken on a variety of exciting roles since then. While I continue to look for writing opportunities, I’m also excited about the world of new media.
You can often find me spending too much time on the internet, working as a social media manger and strategist for various companies. I spent three years managing digital communities for Stornoway Communications. Those projects went on to be nominated for media awards both national and international.
I’ve written for two of Canada’s most popular comedies, The Royal Canadian Air Farce and This Hour Has 22 Minutes. My sketch comedy troupe, Accidental Company, was invited to comedy festivals in Chicago and Montreal. In 2009, we won the Producer’s Pick Award at the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival.
Some of my work is available on this website. Visit the portfolio section and click through the projects. Please don’t hesitate to contact me.
